Made from medical grade silicone and incorporating technology unique to Japanese people [made in Japan], it looks and feels soft to the touch, and the color, shape, wrinkles, and other fine details of the penis, scrotum, and vascular areas are all exactly like the real thing.

As for the penis, it can be moved freely up, down, left and right.
They fit nicely into boxer shorts and are so natural to wear that you won't even notice they're there; according to customers, they feel like a part of their body and they forget they're even there.

As for urinating while standing, after many experiments we have succeeded in flushing 200ml in 3 seconds.
There is no risk of urine leakage. *Varies depending on individual and usage method.

How to use: Take it out of your boxer shorts, remove the penis part and urinate while standing.
Once you have finished urinating, relieve yourself of the residual urine and tuck your penis back into your underwear.

Regarding color, you can choose from six colors that are close to your skin color.
If you want a more realistic look, choose the dark option; if you want a more natural look, choose the natural option.
